Spring 2009 (February - April inclusive)	-	Friday October 31st 2008, 5pm

Please bear in mind that applications for your proposed tour can only be
considered if they are a minimum of 3 months in advance of the touring
period and, under extenuating circumstances, (at the discretion of the
panel) can have validity for a maximum of 12 months.
