AKA Moon Masterclass

The second of our 06 masterclasses, aimed specifically at active musicians in pursuit of further technique in areas such as composition and rhythmic concepts. During their fourteen album association, AKA moon’s three members Fabrizio Cassol (alto), Michel Hatzigeorgiou (elec. bass) and Stephane Galland (drums) have pooled their prodigious instrumental and compositional resources, creating one of the most original group concepts in jazz today. This masterclass offers a rare opportunity to gain insight into the ever-evolving AKA moon vocabulary, their collaborative approach and unique trio dynamic.
