Chas Meredith Quartet

If there's one thing you need to play jazz, its swing, that elusive but
vital ingredient that gives jazz its unique flavour. After close on half a
century of playing, Chas Meredith has it in abundance and a limitless
repertoire of vintage material from the early years of jazz. With support
from friends old and new, including Malcolm Lee (pno), Dave Fleming (bs) and Tom Dunne (dms), the multi-instrumentalist and raconteur pays homage to the enduring music of Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn.
