Six of Dublin’s finest emerging musicians are led by David Liebman through a programme of his own arrangements of Coltrane’s music, summoning up its powerful forces. For his part, Liebman, on stage exudes a palpable energy and focussed concentration that inspires all who share the bandstand with him, and here he performs on tenor, joined by Kelan Walsh (alto), Paul Williamson (trumpet). Francesco Turrisi (piano), Dave Redmond (bass) and David Lyttle (drums).
