Cormac Kenevey & The Phil Ware Trio

Tone, phrasing and delivery are prerequisites for an aspiring jazz singer, and those in the know will tell you that Cormac Kenevey has all three, in abundance.

This voice to watch on the Irish jazz scene returns to The Pendulum with a programme of personalised standards and lingering originals culled from his impressive debut CD This is Living.

Phil Ware, who also produced and arranged the album, is a pianist who delights in the subtleties of accompanying singers, and is joined by his regular trio stalwarts bassist Dave Redmond and drummer Kevin Brady.
