Just Another Music Admin Mondayyyyyy

Are you feeling overwhelmed or behind in admin tasks like booking gigs, social media, or starting that funding application? Procrastinating the other aspects of project management that make up a portfolio career?

You’re not alone! Join IMC for ‘Music Admin Mondays’, a 5-week, low-pressure, high-reward drop-in online series designed to help you finally tackle the ‘business side’ of your music. Each session provides a structured, supportive environment where you can focus, with guidance and peer accountability to help you get things done.

Whether it’s sending those long-overdue emails or completing that upcoming DCC grant application, these sessions will give you the tools and community to overcome obstacles and make real progress. Incorporating productivity techniques like body doubling (working in parallel with others for focus), the Pomodoro method (short bursts of concentrated work), and regular check-ins, you’ll leave each session with something concrete accomplished.

Come for the focus and motivation, stay for the feedback, tips and resources from IMC, with group and optional 1:1 support. Plus, you’ll connect with a community of musicians facing similar challenges. Let’s start crossing those admin tasks off your list. Whether you attend one session or all five, you’ll gain focus, support, and momentum to push your music career forward.

What to Expect:

  • Low-Pressure Drop-In Format: Join when you can. You don't have to attend every session.
  • Real-Time Feedback: Get guidance from the IMC Team, who understand the unique challenges of music career management.
  • Focus Techniques for those with ADHD: The program uses proven methods to help you concentrate and get things done.
  • Build Your Network: Connect with other musicians who are also working on their careers.

Participation is free, but registration is appreciated.
