PowerNap plays original compositions exploring asymmetric meters and adventurous harmonic progressions while keeping a foundation in pocket grooves and trance. After playing in rhythm sections together for almost 10 years, Hokamp and Santaroni vibe off of one another automatically, while Evans's endless improvisational creativity floats over the top.

Musician and composer Jamie Evans wears two hats as jazz musician and modern composer. He has written for film, TV and theatre, as well as various video projects and live performances.

American Percussionist Chris Hokamp has lived in Ireland since 2013. Coming from a background in jazz drumset, he also plays a variety of middle eastern percussion such as darbuka, riqq, and frame drum.

Bassist Marco Santaroni has been active on the Irish jazz scene since 2010. He is the founder of the Dublin jazz jam session, and of a series of Improvisation courses which ran from 2015-2018. He plays electric and standup basses, and is well versed in effects and electronics.
