Hotter than July 2016
A family-friendly celebration of the cultural diversity in our city, Hotter than July moves to Smithfield Square for a FREE daytime event full of feel-good rhythms and infectious melodies from South America, Eastern Europe, India, West Africa and of course West Clare.
Now in it’s 3rd year, Hotter than July is presented by Improvised Music Company and Dublin City Council, in association with the Big Bang Festival of Rhythm, celebrating music and dance from around the world

We also have a very special secret guest; a Saharan blues star whose name we will unveil a few days before the event!
As ever, we will finish the evening with our traditional Big Bang Finale, so bring your hand drums, your dancing shoes, an open mind and an umbrella and let's get this party started!
